        Bargain-priced properties drying up and inventory     
        remains tight.

·      Interest rate this year 4.5% vs. Last year 3.77%
Caused by the Fed’s decision to cut its bond stimulus program another 10 billion to 65 Billion.
·      New standards change home loan landscape.
New loan underwriting standards are now stricter.
